My name is Mateusz Pokładek as a massage technician I approach my work holistically, I try not to limit myself to the place of pain with which the patient comes to me, but I take into account the whole body and the problems that may occur in it. In my work I use various techniques that help me find the cause of dysfunction and consequently get rid of it.

I graduated from the Wincenty Pol Academy of Applied Sciences in Lublin, in my work I try to look at the patient globally, so as to find the real cause of the problem they come to me with.

I earned my master's degree at the Jan Kochanowski University Medical College. I gained my many years of professional experience in various institutions in Poland and abroad, including: health care facilities, the Rehabilitation - Education - Upbringing Center, the District Sports Center where there was a wrestling and swimming section. In addition, I worked for many years with the "Amazonek" club in Kielce and Staszów.
I also gained professional experience in a spa and rehabilitation center in Spain: Spa and Center in Palma de Mallorca.
I specialize in diagnosing and treating spinal pain, peripheral joints, overload syndromes and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, as well as women after mastectomy.
